Clutch To Attend Conference In Jacksonville

HYATTSVILLE, MARYLAND. No matter how far up the ladder of success you go, there is always room to learn something else. Times change, technology advances, and new ways of doing old things bring added depth to any business. Leading Maryland marketing firm, Clutch, is eager to attend the National Marketing Conference in Jacksonville, FL, but then again, who wouldn’t be? A workshop with a bit of time for some fun in the sun is just what the doctor ordered in this fast-paced world in which they work. Managing Director for Clutch, Michael Janac, shares his excitement over having been invited to this wonderful opportunity to learn from other professionals in the industry and share what his team has mastered in return.

“When we got the invitation to attend the Conference in Jacksonville,” Michael said, “The first thought in my mind was ‘Wow, Jacksonville!’ Who is going to want to learn anything with warm sunshine and the beach just around the corner?’ But then I stepped back and thought about what a great opportunity for growth this could be when we will get to meet and share thoughts and insights with other industry greats. I tell my team all the time that the minute you stop learning it’s time to pack it in. There is always something new and more exciting on the horizon and it is a waste of life not to benefit from every morsel of knowledge you can absorb. So yes, Jacksonville here we come!”

One of the reasons Clutch is so successful at what they do is because they embrace change. They keep the good and lose the bad by growing along with advances in technology and believe it or not, advances in other fields such as psychology. The manager explains that marketing is all about communicating with an audience in ways they can understand to make a client’s products appealing.

“It’s about speaking to some inner need in the person who will ultimately be the customer,” he says. “As we learn more about how the mind functions, we are better able to open a dialogue with consumers on a level never before possible. This is why learning is so important. The human mind is a wonderful thing and by understanding what makes people tick you become a better person and of course, a better salesman.”

So Clutch is headed to Jacksonville for what promises to be a weekend packed full of useful industry insights and if there’s time, some R&R on the beach. With a big smile on his face, Michael Janac concludes, “After all, we will be learning so much we will need time to let it sink in!” And what better way than a few hours on the sandy beaches of Florida?
