Sales Associate

Our Sales Associates are responsible for shaping the customer experience, driving sales and providing quality customer service. Our ideal candidate will be competitive, work well in a team environment and looking to grow into a sales team leader or management role. We need leaders who are goal oriented, can set the pace for junior staff, and who possess the knowledge and know how to train others.

What We Are Looking For:

01. 1 year experience in a customer service, retail or sales is preferred. Prior promotional demonstrating experience a plus.

02. Works well in a collaborative team environment.

03. Must be comfortable addressing and engaging our customers.

04. Clear written and verbal communication skills.

05. Ability to maintain accurate records.

06. Must be able to stand for two hours at a time.

07. Must comply with SOP and QA Guidelines on a daily basis.

08. Drives sales via friendly and professional interaction with our customers.

09. Access to a reliable transportation.

10. Must be computer literate, mobile device knowledge is a plus.

11. All candidates for employment must be 18 years of age or older.

Brand Ambassador

Our team of Brand Ambassadors host events, trade shows, and pop-up shops across the DC-Maryland-Virginia area to bring brand awareness for our clients.   Our Brand Ambassadors act as the face of our clients and interact with our customers at our events. We are looking for outgoing candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who will lead presentations about the current campaigns we market.

What We Are Looking For:

01. Computer literacy (MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android)

02. Capable of providing clear and consistent marketing demonstrations.

03. Great interpersonal skills, comfortable providing knowledgeable responses to inquiries.

04. Setup, breakdown, and display maintenance during events.

05. Generate increased product buzz, distribute promotional materials to clients and customers.

06. Complete new client applications, drive sales through friendly presentations.

07. Track marketing data, and client information for individual events.

08. Maintain marketing collateral, track product inventory.

Customer Experience

This role will be responsible for providing support for all internal and external customers by using excellent, overall product detail knowledge, as well as communicating effectively with other members of our customer service, and operations teams. It is essential that candidates for the position have positive attitudes towards all customers and thrive in team environments.

What We Are Looking For:

01. High school diploma required.

02. Experience in a customer service or client relations is a plus.

03. Must be able to communicate with customers/employees to clarify issues and resolve conflicts.

04. Able to work individually and as part of a team.

05. Fluent in written and verbal English.

06. Bilinguals welcome.

07. All candidates for employment must be 18 years of age or older.

08. Applicants must have work authorization within the United States.

Internships

As an intern you’ll be the face of our client as you explain our client’s products and services in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. People with an outgoing personality and a great sense of humour often enjoy this part of the role, and the more customers you attract, the more sales you make! As you develop your skills sets through the training provided, other opportunities to progress may also become available. This includes the opportunity of full time work, leadership opportunities and even managerial positions further down the line.

What We Are Looking For:

01. You’ll need to be over 18 years of age and already eligible to work in the USA.

02. You’ll need to have a reliable work history and be responsible and punctual.

03. You’ll need a professional attitude and professional communication skills.

04. A solid work ethic, positive attitude and desire to succeed are expected

05. A student mentality and ability to accept feedback and coaching are also expected.

Management Trainee

If you’re looking to start a career in management, then working as a graduate or trainee management executive will get you involved in all aspects of our business. There are many opportunities available to you, including the chance to progress to a more senior role or even executive role in the future. You will be working in the events industry, focused on live and experiential marketing campaigns.

What We Are Looking For:

01. Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization.

02. Help set policies.

03. Receive classroom instruction in subjects related to their rotational experience.

04. Attend lectures, watch guest speakers, and create projects, oral presentations, and take tests.

05. Work in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing, merchandising, and personnel departments.

06. Handle established accounts to gain familiarity.

07. Adhere to guidelines of formal written training program.

08. Attend periodic evaluations.

09. Achieve a passing score in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program.

10. Participate with management in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.

11. Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.

12. Identify trends and recommends proactive or remedial action to manage business situations.
